Rucha Nanavati is a trustee and an active member of the projects for both trusts under A.M. Naik foundation - Nirali Memorial Medical Trust and Naik Charitable Trust. Nirali Memorial Medical Trust is committed to bringing the benefits of advanced medical technology to the underprivileged and the needy. Naik Charitable Trust promotes education by setting up schools in rural and urban areas with special focus on opportunities for the girl child and on skill training

Even before becoming a hands-on member and trustee in family trusts, Rucha has been involved in charity and volunteer work in varied capacities for over 20 years. From volunteering at soup kitchens and food banks to providing art therapy at institutes for differently abled children, to leading events for American Cancer Society for cancer research fund raising, her passion to give back to the society and create a positive impact, reflect through all that she does.

In her professional capacity, she is a global leader with experience in enabling business strategies through technology solutions and has led successful digital transformations in multiple industries including high-tech, retail and manufacturing. She is passionate about fostering innovations and cultivating an engineering culture. She is known for developing and directing large global, cross-functional tech teams that deliver innovative, high-value, transformational initiatives. Her previous experiences range from consulting role to technology leadership roles across UK, US and India. Rucha has often been recognised for her transformation work through technology in multiple industries
