Can you put us on a waitlist for admission?

We regret to say that waitlist is limited to siblings only as we believe that it’s the right of the siblings to study in the same school. It is our responsibility to ensure that siblings are given first preference subject to availability of seats & to successful clearance of observation / entrance test & other required formalities. With full humility we would like to say that there are NO other waitlists as we would not like to give false hope to aspiring parents.

Can we use last year’s form to apply for this year’s admission?

No, the form once paid for is valid only for 1 month.

Is it possible to have a School Tour before filling the admission form?

NO. As per our procedure, the admission form needs to be filled first, followed by the selection of the interaction slot which would be followed by a visit to school where you will have a Question & Answers Session followed by School Tour.

Do we have reservation for any other category?

Children of staff members will be given a priority subject to availability of seats & merit. Parents who have directly purchased flats in Emerald Isle or Elixir from L&T Realities will be given preference subject to availability of seats & to clearance of observation / entrance test etc. Same is applicable to employees of Larsen & Toubro, provided the forms are filled on time and rest of the procedures are adhered to. This is out of our gratitude towards L&T leasing this premium piece of land to Naik Charitable Trust.

My child has not cleared the observation / test and I want to know the reason / check the paper, is it possible?

No, this is not possible. The decision of the admission cell is final & the school will not entertain any queries relating to the decision taken by the Admission Committee.

Can we secure admission on paying donation in cash or kind?

NO. The school Admission Cell cannot be influenced by such things, please DO NOT fall prey to false assurances. The school has lodged a police complaint at the Powai Police Station against some people who were trying to seek money from parents who were applying for seats under the EWS Quota. Same will be done this year too if we come to know that parents are indulging in such illegal activities.

Can we meet someone from the admission cell or the Principal of the school in relation to admission of my ward?

The School Management has strict policy which does not permit any employee to meet any individual parent with regards to admission. This is because our policies & decisions are transparent and any individual meeting can be open to misinterpretation. Moreover, in an operational school, it is the existing students of the school who have first claim on our time which makes it impossible for us to meet individual parents to convey the same message as has been put on the website. We request parents to respect the policy laid by the School Management.

Will it help if we get a recommendation letter from any political party or from any other influential person?

We are sorry but our policy DOES NOT permit us to take cognizance of such letters. Admission is open to everyone on equal grounds, free of fear or favour.

What is EWS?

EWS is Assistantship available to Meritorious Students from Economically Weaker Section. Our founder Mr. A. M. Naik has decided that a few seats will be reserved every year for students of orange ration card holders (below poverty line) who will be provided with free education based on merit & economic status only. This is open to all students coming under the EWS without any consideration to caste / religion etc.

Discipline is provided through kindness, remark methods, and emotional intelligence workshops. AM Naik is a great choice for parents seeking a career-oriented, honest, transparent, and hardworking child. The school environment encourages learning and growth."

  • Viren Jain

"Our daughter is a foundation batch student in the 2024-2025 session at AMNS. The school's foundation is trusted, and the principal, Madam Phadke, has managed to complete her studies in two years. The school offers excellent infrastructure and value for investment, with excellent teachers and a strong emphasis on culture and ethos. The annual day celebrations and sports day are perfect, boosting confidence in the school management."

  • Mousumi Jeppu

"The author discusses their experience homeschooling their daughter and their preference for a holistic education system. They dislike classwork, homework, and a bookish approach but find the ICSE board suitable. The school's teachers engage students beyond books, making it commendable. However, the whollistic approach may create extra work for parents with demanding work lives."
