She has a Doctorate in Analytical Chemistry from Mumbai University and has worked on anti-arthritis and anti-jaundice herbal medicines for her doctoral studies. She has published several papers in International and National journals on super conductivity and herbal medicines. She has been a Senior Research Fellow at CSIR New Delhi.

She has a passion for teaching and has varied experience of working in Indian as well as international system and has handled variety of curricula. She was the founder Principal of two renowned schools offering the ICSE Curriculum and two Jr. Colleges offering State Board and International curricula and was associated with these institutions since their inception. Under her leadership these schools were adjudged amongst the top 50 schools in Mumbai for 5 consecutive years and the schools bagged the prestigious International School Award by British Council.

She has been convener of zone C for ICSE Examination for the schools affiliated to the CISCE and Secretary of the Managing committee of EUMIND- India (Europe Meets India an educational exchange programme). She has co-authored a book on education systems around the globe. She has been in Leadership Position guiding schools for the past 24 years. She has conducted several seminars on elements and implementation of NEP-2020. She has shared the dais with Dr. Andreas Schleicher (Director PISA) at the XEED School of Tomorrow Conference in Mumbai, October 2014

Under her leadership A. M. Naik School has secured All India Rank 1 from amongst emerging schools across India by C fore in August 2024

• She has presented a research paper on Pharmacokinetic markers at International Conference on Toxicology, Paris.
• She has been conferred with Young Scientist Award and Young Women Achievers’ Award at the 14th conference of the Indian Council of Chemists.
• She has been conferred with Citation Award for research in Herbal medicine by Indian Drugs.
• She has bagged a university prize for Philosophy of Education during her B.Ed.
• She stood 1st in the University for MSc- Inorganic Chemistry
• She has achieved an Outstanding Grade for M. Phil for her work on semiconductors and room temperature superconductors.
